Kate and I would like to record our thanks and appreciation for the incredibly efficient way in which the sale of our Nice apartment was handled from start to finish. Only a few days passed after instructing Abitan before appointments were made with several potential buyers and success was almost immediate! Because we live in England we had to rely on Abitan totally to arrange all aspects of the sale such as the big ones like the notaire appointment to the smaller items like dealing with the utility companies. Nothing was ever too much trouble and great patience was always shown by both Keely and Alex when I bombarded them with many e-mailed queries! We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Abitan - and Keely and Alex in particular - to any of our friends and acquaintances who might be thinking of buying property in Nice. And we would like to extend that recommendation to anyone looking at their website and considering - out of all the agencies in Nice - that Abitan might be the one for them!
